Spring Snippets... Or Snips, LOL!

Do you recognize this beee-you-ti-ful famous author?
Of course you do!
This is my friend Missy Tippens holding
HER BOOK AND MINE!!!
We both had books come out in April. How amazing and fun!
Missy's book "A Family for Faith" is a FIVE-AWW book.
It gets five "Aww's" because I was totally captivated by the characters and the sweet story line ...
AND THE HOT HERO DIDN'T HURT A BIT!  ;)

This is a hinted rainbow. Isn't it cool? Just a tiny reminder of God's promise to us.
Love it.

Here is another light in my life: Elijah Thomas at 6 months old.
Stinkin' cute.

And then there's this:

Yup.
Ruthy's Cooking School
starring none other than
Brooke and Nolan:
This is where it all begins.
The treats for
all start here.

SUH-WEEEEET!
:)

  1. Don't you just love cooking with the grandbabies????

I love it when my favorite authors are in the same month. The agony of choosing what to read first is blissful.

    Peace, Julie

  2. Oh, well, you're just adorable. And too kind. And did I mention adorable? :)

Love these babies! And Ruthy's Cooking School is RENOWNED as you well know. Today???

Brownies the old fashioned Baker's Chocolate kind.

    THREE STICKS OF BUTTER.

Could life possibly get better than that????

I submit that it cannot! ;)

  3. Hey Ruthy,

I just finished Small-town Hearts last night. Loved Marilyn's appearance!

Missy's book is on the top of the TBR pile - oh wait, "The Officer's Secret" keeps pushing her off! I just hate when books play "king of the mountain", don't you?

And love the babies. You said it - just stinkin' cute!

And yup, 3 sticks of butter. But only one brownie for me, please...

  4. Wasn't Marilyn wonderful! Vince had a hey-day with all the "M" names, but it was a family tradition so I had to stick with it, LOL!

Jan, thank you! And I loved The Officer's Secret. I think it was Deb's best so far because she's totally seamless with military settings. I just felt like I was there, right there. She did a great job.

    Which isn't to say MISSY'S book wasn't splendorifus! ;)

I have so much fun with all o' youse.

  5. Hey, Ruthy, you dared put me up against all those cuties?! How can a gal compete? :)

    Thanks for the aww-factor rating!

Jan, as long as it's in your TBR pile, I'm a happy camper. ;)
